VALUATION EXPERIENCE :
Since 2001, he has been actively engaged in Real estate business, specializing in Valuation and Valuation Consultation. He is one of the Promoter Directors of BMCL and IAPL and currently heads the ‘Real Property Valuations’ and ‘Auctions’ division.
He specializes in, and has extensive experience in performing valuations and consulting projects for a variety of purposes including, but not limited to the following Asset Based Lending, Portfolio Valuation, Insurance, Financial and Tax Reporting, Liquidations, Capital Gains, Mesne Profit/ Royalty, Probate etc.
He has valued a varied asset classes including under construction Residential Projects, Retail Stores, Commercial and Industrial Properties (Warehouses, Factories), Vacant Land Tracts.
He regularly testifies before various Arbitration Tribunals and before various Courts of India in matters pertaining to Commercial Real Estate Disputes, Land Acquisition, Mesne Profit.
Because of his Educational Background and varied experience over the last three decades, he enjoys a unique distinction of being registered as a Valuer for ALL Three asset classes under Companies Act 2013 viz. Land and Building, Plant and Machinery AND Securities Or Financial Assets.

A Chartered Accountant by profession, he has more than three decades of experience in Indian Financial Services Industry. He is also a Life Member of the Practicing Valuers Association (India).
He has considerable industry Exposure in valuing closely held businesses as going concern and valuation of stocks and book debts (Raw Material, Semi-finished Goods and Finished Goods) on physical inspection.
In the past three decades, he has developed particular expertise in valuations of family-owned and closely-held businesses, professional practices, limited liability companies, corporations and partnership for Mergers Acquisitions and Foreign Equity participation.
He is a Director on Board of Best MULYANKAN Consultants Ltd and heads the Business Valuations division.
As a valuer, he brings a unique skill level in analyzing business issues for developing an opinion of value for a business or business assets.

A qualified practicing Architect, Amber has been associated as a Senior Valuer with BMCL / IAPL over two decades.
During our association over the last two decades, he has been involved in Redevelopment and Due Diligence exercise of Residential and Commercial projects in Mumbai and other major cities.
Besides the normal redevelopment projects, he is also involved in vetting of Cess Building Redevelopment and SRA Schemes implemented under DCPR of Mumbai.
He has completed the PG Diploma course in Valuation and is a member of Practicing Engineers Architects Town Planners Association (PEATA) and the Practicing Valuers Association (India).
